Cannoli King

Makes baked goods from scratch, with doughs, fillings, sponges and custards prepared in house at Italia Bakery Vancouver, British Columbia. Each part of the work is made on site, so the base preparations are produced before they are brought together in finished items for sale. That approach puts the preparation of the individual components at the centre of the bakery, rather than relying on ready made parts brought in from elsewhere. Items are built around doughs, sponges and custards that start in the kitchen itself. Cannoli King operates in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, in the Birchland Manor neighbourhood at 950 Seaborne Avenue. The location places the bakery within that neighbourhood where local shoppers can stop in for baked goods made from scratch in the same community. Work is carried out with a focus on the separate preparations that support the finished products, with each preparation handled for its role in the final items. That steady attention to each stage gives the bakery a clear identity centred on scratch preparation, and it offers a straightforward choice for people in Port Coquitlam who want baked goods produced in house rather than assembled from outside parts. The emphasis stays on making the components on site and using them in items sold to customers who value that method of production.
